Most of us will lose a close family member at some point in our lives but that doesn't mean that we are prepared for the loss, or having to sort out their estate while dealing with the grief of losing our loved one.
Probate can be a long and complicated process taking on average 6-12 months and only once this is completed are you able to place a property on the market. If the property is outdated, Agents may push you to carry out work on the property and even then a sale could be months away.
Having lost a father in recent years we have experienced this pain first hand and we want to help other families to quickly and easily sell a property if it is not practical to keep it in the family.
